About the role
This 6‑month internship (January‑June 2027) is within the Corporate – MENA Zone team of Norton Rose Fulbright, operating from Paris and Casablanca. You will support cross‑border corporate, banking and finance matters for clients in North Africa and Francophone Sub‑Saharan Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, M&A, banking and regulatory topics.
- Draft legal opinions, contracts and other documentation in French and English.
- Participate in audits and assist lawyers and partners in day‑to‑day case management.
- Support the preparation of financing, capital markets and real‑estate transactions.
Required profile
- Law student (Master 2) specializing in business law.
- Strong legal knowledge, preferably with a double background (e.g., business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Drafting contracts and legal opinions in both French and English.
