Corporate Department Internship – MENA Zone – 2nd Semester 2026

About the role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a six‑month intern (July‑December 2026) for its Corporate – MENA Zone team, operating from Paris and Casablanca. You will support a dynamic group handling corporate, M&A, banking, finance, capital markets, real estate, competition and regulatory matters across North Africa and Francophone Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate, banking and regulatory topics.
• Draft legal opinions, contracts and other documentation in French and English.
• Participate in audits and assist senior lawyers in day‑to‑day case management.
• Support the team on transactions in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, technology and transport.

Required profile

• Law student in a Master 2 program specializing in business law.
• Strong legal knowledge, preferably complemented by a double qualification (e.g., business school, IEP, Anglo‑Saxon university).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is required.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting contracts and legal opinions in both French and English.
• Ability to assist senior counsel on complex transactions.
