Copywriter for SaaS Products (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Copywriter to shape the voice of our three SaaS products – WP Rocket, Imagify and RocketCDN. The role is fully remote, with a focus on European time zones, and you will be employed locally through our Employer of Record partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive verbal identity across all customer touchpoints, using storytelling and persuasion to make our products memorable.
• Write high‑converting copy for emails, web pages, landing pages and paid ads (Facebook, Google Ads).
• Continuously optimise copy based on performance metrics, A/B testing and customer feedback.
• Translate product features into clear, benefit‑driven messaging and ensure rigorous editing and proofreading.
• Take campaigns from copy to publication, managing email builds, web updates and content publishing.
• Track content performance with analytics and use insights to improve future work.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align copy with broader brand and campaign goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication with a strong grasp of consumer psychology and persuasive frameworks.
• Ruthless attention to detail and solid editing, grammar and proofreading skills.
• Comfortable working with data, reading campaign performance in Google Analytics and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Curious about marketing beyond writing, eager to contribute to campaign execution and ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment and manage multiple briefs and deadlines.

Required skills

• SEO knowledge (keyword usage, meta descriptions, on‑page best practices).
• Experience with email platforms, WordPress and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
