Conversational AI Application Developer – English & Greek

About the role

We are looking for a Conversational AI Application Developer who is fluent in English and Greek to join our Solution Delivery team. The role is fully remote within the EU and focuses on designing and building production‑grade AI‑driven voice and chat solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design applications that follow usability principles and meet client needs.
• Develop hybrid Conversational AI solutions that combine deterministic rule‑based logic with generative AI capabilities.
• Prepare, augment and annotate datasets for model training and perform model testing.
• Implement semantic models, rules, dictionaries, regular expressions and RAG knowledge‑base configurations.
• Write application logic in JavaScript and integrate solutions via REST web services.
• Apply test‑driven development, unit and regression testing, and analyse real‑world dialogs using analytics tools.
• Debug issues, provide day‑2 support, and convey feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a passion for learning new AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of programming principles.
• Interest or familiarity with generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
