About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Consultant to join its Compliance Business Unit in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. The role supports both small‑ and medium‑size clients and international subsidiaries, providing operational reinforcement on transformation projects, payroll outsourcing, and HR advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR and payroll support during client transformation initiatives such as reorganisations, rapid growth, or new tool deployments.
• Assist clients in translating strategic HR objectives into concrete operational actions.
• Analyse organisational efficiency, process effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in HR function optimisation projects, including process redesign, role definition, and data‑flow management.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and passion for HR and payroll topics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within PwC’s multidisciplinary network.
• Experience in delivering compliance diagnostics and risk‑based recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
