About the role

As an HR & Payroll Manager (F/H) at PwC, you will act as a consultant‑manager for a portfolio of SME, mid‑size and subsidiary clients. You will support them in payroll outsourcing, HR advisory and transformation projects, ensuring compliance with French regulations and optimizing their HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a client portfolio and oversee up to six team members.
• Deliver payroll outsourcing services, both full and partial, using various tools.
• Provide operational HR and payroll support during client transformation initiatives such as reorganisations, rapid growth or new system deployments.
• Conduct compliance diagnostics and analyse the efficiency of organisational processes.
• Participate in internal PwC transformation projects and collaborate with other service lines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Social Law or a business school.
• Strong curiosity, passion for continuous learning and alignment with PwC Professional behaviours.
• Experience in consulting or managing HR/payroll projects for corporate clients.
