About the role

We are looking for a Production Line Operator to manage the winding (bobbin) station in a modern manufacturing workshop. You will ensure the quality and continuity of the winding process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the bobbin machine in real time, making adjustments to guarantee a compliant finished product.
• Detect and eliminate any anomalies, whether reported or not.
• Perform precision settings such as tension, alignment and winding direction according to technical instructions.
• Carry out quality checks, sample collection and complete traceability of each coil.
• Complete production sheets with order numbers, lengths, good/defective coil counts and observations.
• Maintain the workstation’s cleanliness, ensure proper maintenance and anticipate supply needs for the next order.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience operating a bobbin or winding machine.
• Residence near the Bousbecque site.

Required skills

• Bobbin machine operation.
• Precision adjustments (tension, alignment, winding direction).
• Quality control procedures.
• Production data entry and traceability.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of €2,046 (base) plus end‑of‑mission and paid‑leave bonuses, reaching a gross total of €2,475.70.
• 10% end‑of‑mission indemnity and 10% paid‑leave premium.
