Commercial Analyst & Support

About the role

L-Acoustics, a global leader in premium professional sound systems for live and fixed installations, is looking for a Commercial Analyst & Support in Paris-Saclay. The role reports to the Commercial Excellence & Demand Planning Manager and works closely with the Sales Zone Directors and their sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Sales demand forecasting: gather and combine data from various sources to build the future market demand outlook and supply it to the Sales Directors.
• Allocation and sales tunnels: coordinate the allocation process at a high level, support the Sales Directors on sales tunnel fulfilment and monitor sales tunnels.
• CRM data quality: work with sales teams to maintain data quality in CRM, and design dashboards and views on leads, accounts, contacts and opportunities.
• Project pipeline monitoring: review the pipeline with sales teams so special project requirements are communicated and timely actions are taken to protect it.
• Sales meetings and internal reporting: help prepare meetings by consolidating team input and proposing topics to consider.
• Commercial agreements and customer reporting: ensure customer reporting follows contractual agreements, liaise with customers when needed and propose actions based on data analysis.

Required profile

• Fluent in English.
• At least 5 years in a commercial department as an analyst or coordinator.
• Strong experience within a sales organization.
• Strong project management skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, collaborative and a team player.
