Clinical Trial Independent Rater (French Speaking)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Trial Independent Rater (CIR) who speaks French natively. The role is fully remote and virtual, with an estimated commitment of 10 to 16 hours per month. The CIR ensures the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data by reviewing scales administered by raters and confirming standardized assessment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in all required orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, making sure all relevant documents and scale items are ready.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to give feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Additional tasks may include helping with communication materials and documentation.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (or equivalent); MD, DO or PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI and MADRS).
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Fluency in English and native-level French.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
