Clinical Research Associate - Multi-Sponsor, France

About the role

iQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to carry out clinical monitoring visits across multiple sponsors in France. The role covers selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, and works closely with study teams and sites. It is offered in a hybrid or home-based format in Paris, Lyon or Marseille.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out) according to the contracted scope of work and good clinical practices.
• Train sites on the protocol and related study material, and keep regular contact with them to manage project expectations and issues.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of site practices, escalate quality issues and track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data queries.
• Maintain site documents for the Trial Master File and ensure the Investigator's Site File is kept in line with GCP, ICH and local regulations.
• Support the start-up phase, write visit reports, follow-up letters and other study documentation, and liaise with the study team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care (equivalent education, training and experience may be accepted).
• At least 2 years of prior clinical oncology experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines, and knowledge of protocol requirements from company training.
• Good command of English, written and verbal communication, and organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide and to work flexible hours.
