Chief of Staff Associate Intern

About the role

HyLight is looking for a motivated intern to work directly with the Chief of Staff. The role sits at the heart of the company and supports the execution of critical priorities as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and the maintenance of business planning tools and dashboards.
• Support financing, fundraising and grant‑related projects, and produce analyses for decision‑making.
• Improve internal processes, build reporting tools and help drive operational scaling across functions.
• Prepare presentations for investors, customers, partners and institutions.
• Conduct research on strategic or operational topics and coordinate administrative tasks for the leadership team.
• Organise business trips, meetings and events, and take ownership of high‑priority projects assigned by the CEO or Chief of Staff.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a leading engineering school, business school or university program.
• Backgrounds in engineering, business & management, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, innovation management or similar disciplines.
• Strong ability to learn quickly, solve problems and bring structure to ambiguous situations.
