About the role
DAVRICOURT is looking for a Business Manager to drive the growth of its Lille‑based agency. As an intrapreneur, you will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio and building a high‑performing consulting team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the agency’s activity by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Build and manage your own team of consultants, overseeing recruitment, onboarding and performance.
- Lead and motivate the consulting team to achieve sales and project targets.
- Oversee the operational centre of the agency, ensuring efficient delivery of services.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for business development.
- Proven experience in managing client portfolios and leading consulting teams.
- Excellent leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while aligning with agency goals.
