Business Developer – Cybersecurity & Compliance

About the role

Cephalgo is seeking a Business Developer with a strong background in cybersecurity or compliance to accelerate customer acquisition and forge strategic partnerships. You will focus on enterprise clients in regulated sectors, helping them adopt our AI‑driven voice and emotion analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects in cybersecurity, compliance, telecom, finance and other regulated industries.
• Run outreach campaigns, conduct discovery sessions, deliver demos, and negotiate contracts.
• Build and manage partnerships with integrators, resellers and ecosystem players.
• Represent Cephalgo at industry events and conferences.
• Provide structured feedback to product and marketing teams and track KPIs such as conversion rates and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B business development or sales experience.
• Proven track record selling into cybersecurity, compliance or information‑security markets.
• Experience working with enterprise‑level clients.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfort discussing technical and compliance‑related challenges.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
