Biology & Python Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Biology and Python specialist to join our AI training platform on a freelance, project‑based basis. You will create realistic computational biology challenges that help evaluate and improve AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational biology problems that mimic real research workflows.
• Develop Python‑based tasks using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, BioPython, and Pandas.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within days or weeks.
• Incorporate non‑trivial reasoning chains in bioinformatics, systems biology, and molecular modeling.
• Base challenges on genuine research questions or practical applications.
• Validate solutions with Python code and provide clear documentation and correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Biology or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills for numerical validation.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in research, applied work, or teaching.
• Experience with biological data analysis and algorithms.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
• Excellent written English (C1 level or higher).
