About the role

NXP Toulouse is looking for a final‑year engineering student to help automate the system‑level validation of power‑management ICs (PMICs) used in automotive safety applications. The internship focuses on developing software that controls test equipment, configures the device under test, and generates reproducible reports.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop test‑control software for automated PMIC validation.
  • Write unit tests and validate the software implementation.
  • Run measurement campaigns using the developed tools.
  • Analyze test results and automate the generation of detailed reports.

Required profile

  • Final‑year engineering student (Master’s level) in electronics, electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Good command of English.

Required skills

  • Analog electronics (LDO, SMPS) and digital electronics (logic, state machines).
  • Programming in Python, LabVIEW and C/C++.
  • Experience with Cadence for Windows (preferred).
