Assistant Luxury Experience Designer – Travel Consultant

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking an Assistant Luxury Experience Designer to support its Paris office in delivering bespoke travel experiences for elite clients. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of luxury travel planning, from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in coordinating luxury travel inquiries and managing complete itineraries, including ground transport, hotels, villas, and exclusive events.
• Communicate with luxury suppliers, travel agencies, and international partners under senior guidance.
• Prepare tailor‑made proposals and quotations using the BeConcierge CRM system.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Track bookings, products, and contacts in the CRM, and support pricing and cost calculations.
• Collect client feedback and help resolve requests or issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; French and additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Based in Paris or the surrounding area and able to work fully onsite.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, client‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Interest or prior experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BeConcierge CRM.
