About the role
Pirelli is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead its western France and Île-de-France territory. Reporting to the Sales Manager France, you will oversee a field team of six Sales Representatives, ensuring the implementation of Pirelli’s commercial strategy and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Daily management of the sales team, monitoring individual performance.
- Accompany sector managers on strategic client visits and support campaign execution.
- Validate commercial actions, conduct monthly evaluations, and track objectives.
- Organise and animate regular team meetings, commercial events, and client gatherings.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key strategic accounts.
- Produce reporting for the Sales Manager France and translate group strategy into actionable field plans.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B technical product sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage or coordinate a mobile sales force.
- Full professional proficiency in French and good working English.
- Results‑oriented, autonomous, rigorous and self‑organised.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build B2B relationships.
- Natural team leader who can motivate and federate a sales group.
