Key Account Manager – Open Market (AIoT)

About the role
The Key Account Manager will own the relationship with major open‑market and retail partners in France for Xiaomi’s AIoT product portfolio. You will drive growth through strategic planning, negotiation, and cross‑functional execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Negotiate agreements, assortments, promotions and in‑store visibility with key accounts.
- Monitor weekly/monthly KPIs (sell‑in, sell‑out, stock, market share) and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Coordinate product launches, pricing, merchandising and omni‑channel execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Product and Finance teams on campaigns, logistics and after‑sales.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and gather retailer feedback to shape strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management, retail sales or consumer electronics.
- Strong knowledge of the French retail and distribution ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage key retail accounts and deliver commercial growth.
- Fluent in French and English.
