Apprentice Purchasing Administrator – Contracts and Database (F/H)

About the role

ATR, a regional aircraft manufacturer, offers a 2-year apprenticeship in its Purchasing Department at its Blagnac site, under the Head of Aftermarket Procurement. The apprentice administers purchase contracts for repair services and provides operational and administrative support to internal customers. The programme starts in October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the department's email inbox and give first-level responses to internal customers on prices and lead times.
• Maintain contractual data in SAP: update deadlines, prices and add part numbers.
• Support the team handling bulk data loading.
• Compile and update price grids and supplier files for the team and internal customers.
• Handle reporting and other administrative tasks.
• Support negotiations, contracting, tender analysis and call-for-tender management (RFP, RFI).
• Develop and maintain management tools (KPIs) and act as an interface between internal customers and purchasing teams.

Required profile

• Sales or purchasing degree with solid technical knowledge, or a technical degree completed with experience in sales or purchasing.
• Licence or Master 1 level (BAC+3/4).
• Team player.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Good understanding of contractual documents and English.
