Analyste Business Intelligence (F/H)

About the role

Join the private fundraising department of Médecins Sans Frontières as a Business Intelligence Analyst. Reporting to the BI Activity Manager, you will manage the BI environment and help create tools that support the monitoring and steering of fundraising activities.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise the organisation's Business Intelligence infrastructure in collaboration with the data engineer.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools that enable effective tracking of private fundraising performance.
• Provide occasional support for ad‑hoc marketing and sectoral analyses.
• Collaborate with the studies and statistics team to ensure data quality and relevance.

Required profile

• Experience in managing Business Intelligence environments.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a manager and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
