AI Trainer – Remote Part‑Time Contract

About the role

We are seeking fluent language professionals to join our AI training team on a flexible, part‑time basis. Working entirely from home, you will help improve the quality of AI‑generated text by reviewing, rating, and creating prompts.

Key responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI‑generated text for accuracy, fluency, and overall quality.
• Write short prompts and creative responses to guide model behavior.
• Rank and compare multiple AI outputs using defined criteria.
• Provide written feedback on language quality and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluency in your native language and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in humanities, language, or writing‑related fields.
• Professional experience with language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, or annotation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow evaluation guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in written communication in both your native language and English.
