AI Native Software Engineering Senior Manager/Assoc Director

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking services company that partners with enterprise clients to build AI‑native, agent‑powered workflows at scale. As an AI Native Software Engineering Senior Manager or Associate Director, you will embed with customers, turning experimental prototypes into operational, production‑grade systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise‑ready AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI to enable seamless platform integration.
• Leverage containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, serverless, event‑driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling to deliver scalable AI‑native solutions.
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail, addressing domain‑specific processes.
• Conduct design workshops, proofs‑of‑concept, and code‑with sessions to shape data‑driven agent workflows and foster client adoption.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to monitor agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Create reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices to influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
• Travel to client sites as required, ranging from 0% to 100% of the role.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience building cloud‑native solutions and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments.
• Strong critical‑thinking abilities, comfortable working in ambiguous situations and delivering concrete results.
• Proven ability to act as both technologist and trusted advisor while embedding directly with clients.
