Senior Manager – Enterprise IT Services

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise‑wide IT services for global clients. The role combines strategic program leadership with hands‑on client engagement to drive measurable business value across cloud, security, data and application services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT services teams across applications, infrastructure, and support to meet strategic objectives and SLAs.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex programs and multi‑project portfolios, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes and measurable business value.
• Oversee budget planning, forecasting, financial controls and ROI analysis for executive leadership.
• Establish governance structures, define milestones, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation and vendor partnerships.
• Mentor and develop team leaders and engineers, fostering capability and retention.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT services with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing cross‑functional, matrixed teams.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑faceted programs involving cloud adoption, digital transformation, data & analytics, cybersecurity or application modernization.
• Strong program and project management expertise, including PMO governance, risk management and business outcome realization.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior client interaction.
