AI Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Creative Designer to join our performance‑marketing team in France. In this fast‑moving, data‑driven environment you will turn briefs into photorealistic visuals and high‑impact creative variations that power large‑scale acquisition campaigns across global digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI‑generated visuals for paid social, search and landing‑page campaigns.
• Produce photorealistic lifestyle and product imagery optimized for conversion.
• Enhance and retouch source photos using AI tools and traditional design workflows.
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and scaling.
• Maintain brand consistency, product specifications and campaign requirements.
• Iterate concepts based on performance data, feedback and results.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers and media teams to align visual storytelling with funnel strategy.
• Identify and fix AI‑generated artifacts, distortions or inconsistencies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in design, visual content creation or performance‑focused digital marketing.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with AI image‑generation platforms.
• Strong visual design sense covering composition, lighting, color theory, typography and realism.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics such as CTR, hooks and conversion optimization.
