Agent de Réservations (H/F) - Mai à Septembre

About the role

We are looking for a seasonal Reservation Agent to join our luxury mountain resort in Megève from May to September. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, ensuring a seamless booking experience that reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Enter and update bookings in the property management system, handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with front‑desk, sales, and concierge teams to guarantee accurate room allocation.
• Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and on‑site amenities.
• Upsell ancillary services such as spa treatments, dining experiences, and ski packages.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Availability to work the full May‑September period, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and data entry accuracy.
