Advanced Seller Success Manager – French & English

About the role

Back Market is looking for an Advanced Seller Success Manager to lead a portfolio of high‑profile smartphone and core‑category sellers across France and the EU. You will act as a strategic partner, combining consultancy, data analysis and relationship building to drive growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales and quality performance of seller portfolio across all European Back Market sites.
• Build lasting relationships with sellers, providing consultative support in sales, marketing and logistics.
• Lead business reviews, strategic planning sessions, on‑site visits and operational audits.
• Use data to track performance, analyse trends and create projections that inform seller strategy and broader EU direction.
• Drive cross‑functional projects to deliver tailored solutions and feed field insights back into company strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales or a related field with a proven growth track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Strong project‑management abilities, handling deadlines, competing priorities and shifting goals.
• Data‑driven mindset; willingness to develop analytics skills.
• Interest in sustainability and the circular economy.
