Acquisition Manager – France

About the role

Airbnb is looking for an Acquisition Manager to lead supply acquisition and onboarding of high‑quality hosts in France. You will shape the market presence, develop localized strategies, and act as the in‑market expert to drive long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new, high‑quality hosts, building and managing a strong pipeline.
• Create and deploy scalable strategies to acquire professional hosts across the region.
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings, providing expert market insights.
• Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Develop deep knowledge of the geographic market and maintain partner relationships.
• Educate hosts on product changes and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, communications, policy, and support teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B new‑business development.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Proven ability to build and strengthen external partner relationships.
• Comfortable performing data‑driven analysis and decision‑making.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned market and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
