Account Strategist – Direct (France)

About the role

Uber Direct is expanding its last‑mile delivery business across food, grocery, retail and e‑commerce channels in France. As an Account Strategist you will own the relationship with a growing portfolio of grocery partners, guiding them through technical onboarding and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow key grocery accounts through partnership and joint business planning.
• Lead merchant onboarding from technical integration to operational go‑live.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and generate actionable insights to boost business.
• Identify and implement optimisation opportunities for merchants, couriers and customers.
• Promote Uber Direct’s value proposition and expand business within existing accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to product and service improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, operations, consulting or a fast‑growing startup.
• Strong account management and client relationship skills.
• Business‑oriented mindset with interest in e‑commerce and customer journeys.
• Comfortable handling technical requirements and stakeholder discussions.
• Hands‑on, analytical and data‑driven.
• Fluent in French and English.
