Account Manager – Home & Living (TikTok Shop) – Paris

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing team in Paris. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling strategic Home & Living merchants, helping them thrive within TikTok’s unique social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and educate high‑potential Home & Living merchants across France.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creator collaborations, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data‑driven experimentation to improve performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Analyse market trends and sub‑category performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects that contribute to the broader TikTok Shop ecosystem, such as campaigns and product launches.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the Home & Living market, trends and creator ecosystem in France and ideally Europe, the UK and the US.
• Fluent in English and French.
