Account Manager – Beauty Partnerships (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing team in Paris as an Account Manager focused on the beauty sector. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling strategic beauty merchants, helping them thrive within TikTok’s unique social commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard strategic beauty merchants in France, providing onboarding solutions such as business model suggestions, creator affiliation, and partner education.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creators, pricing, logistics, and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, driving performance through data analysis, experimentation, and iteration.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Analyse beauty market trends and sub‑category performance to identify priorities and new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects that contribute to the broader beauty ecosystem, including campaigns, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Account Management, Content Creation, or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the beauty market, trends, and creator ecosystem across Europe and beyond.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities.
