Account Executive – Agentforce Service

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive for its Agentforce Service to drive Service Cloud sales in the French market. You will design and execute a sales strategy, grow revenue by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers, and lead large‑scale deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify Service Cloud opportunities within the current Salesforce customer base and prospects, generating new leads through systematic prospecting of service leaders.
• Define and pitch the value of service transformation to senior executives, building trusted relationships with Heads of Customer Service.
• Strategise, negotiate and close deals at VP and CxO levels, collaborating closely with core sales teams.
• Scale the business by executing growth plans for the fastest‑growing solution and enable peers with product‑specific sales messaging.

Required profile

• Extensive background in service applications or operational Customer Service Management.
• Proven track record of selling Customer Service or Customer Engagement solutions, or implementing large‑scale service transformations in multinational enterprises.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
