Account Director, Digital Natives (France)

About the role

Our Sales team helps customers understand the deep impact of highly capable AI models. The Account Director, Digital Natives will drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, partnering with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers evolve their industry with AI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account plans.
• Lead enterprise prospects from consideration to successful AI deployment.
• Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs.
• Own and achieve consumption‑based revenue targets.
• Forecast consumption revenue and analyse account metrics for reporting.
• Monitor industry landscape to inform product roadmap and corporate strategy.
• Collaborate across solutions, marketing, communications, operations, finance, product, and engineering teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and the development of company culture.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years selling platform‑as‑a‑service or software‑as‑a‑service in France.
• Consistently achieved >$1M annual revenue for at least three years.
• Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies with C‑level executives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record leading high‑visibility customer events and gathering market intelligence.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a strong curiosity for artificial intelligence.
• Strategic thinker who can influence go‑to‑market practices and long‑term planning.
