负责飞机事业部人力资源全盘工作，向总经理汇报，参与公司战略决策，年薪30-45万元。

主要职责

统筹人力资源部日常运营，制定并执行人力资源规划。
完善人力资源体系、制度及薪酬、职级体系。
组织招聘、培训、绩效考核及职业生涯规划等工作。
推动企业文化建设，提升员工敬业度与满意度。
培养高潜力人才，建设后备干部队伍。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，统招学历。
10年以上人力资源管理经验，具备大型企业或航空行业背景优先。
熟悉招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬等模块。
具备良好的英语和普通话沟通能力。
具备团队管理与跨部门协作能力。

必备技能

熟练使用人力资源信息系统。
掌握劳动法律法规。
