User Acquisition - Events

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed User Acquisition specialist to manage its event campaigns worldwide. The role involves finding events worth promoting, building creator campaigns with local content leads and running paid acquisition, with the team based in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Find the events Bump should pay attention to, from major festivals to local discoveries.
• Build creator campaigns with in-country content leads, from choosing creators to briefing and launch.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta and other relevant channels, owning budgets and performance.
• Turn creator content into high-performing ads, test new ideas and scale what works.
• Work closely with content and product to share learnings and improve each campaign.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excited to work in person with the team in Paris.
• Comfortable discussing creative ideas as well as analysing campaign results.
• Good at getting people across countries and cultures working toward the same goal.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets, ideally for a consumer app.
• Strong understanding of paid social, especially TikTok and creator-led campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to make decisions.
• Experience coordinating projects with different teams.
