Trainer – Collaborative Learning Platform Expert

About the role

The Trainer is the pedagogical and platform expert within the Professional Services team. You will empower clients to build collaborative learning organisations by mastering our platform and methodology, ensuring long‑term engagement and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the “One‑to‑Many” training offer, including Engagement Academy and Stadium webinars.
• Develop a scalable learning ecosystem that helps clients master the Collaborative Learning methodology from day one.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to align training with client friction points and product releases.
• Become a certified platform expert (user and admin perspective) and host webinars, gathering peer feedback.
• Update the Engagement Academy, define quarterly priorities, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Lead projects to improve the One‑to‑Many strategy, such as new webinar formats, gamification, or localized content.
• Participate in discovery meetings with product managers and analyse training metrics to iterate on the catalog.
• Onboard and mentor new trainers, own a recurring team pillar, and develop advanced toolkits based on successful client use cases.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer or in a client‑facing Customer Success/Support role.
• Strong listening and teaching abilities with clear written and oral communication.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Previous experience in the learning or education industry is a plus.
