About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high‑quality service and clear on‑site communication. The role combines preventive maintenance, emergency call‑outs and continuous improvement of lift performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, providing proactive communication on ETA, job performed and service updates.
• Report work performed in real time using the e‑Optimum system to guarantee accurate customer notifications.
• Maintain equipment safety, performance and a safe working environment on each site.
• Identify site risks, communicate them to the supervisor and apply escalation procedures when needed.
• Perform unplanned repairs after obtaining customer approval when the work is not covered by the contract.
• Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and service repairs within scheduled time limits and quality standards.
• Plan daily workload together with the service supervisor and raise sales leads when appropriate.
• Submit precise timesheets, manage proximity stock and request spare parts as required.
• Keep service tooling, van and diagnostic instruments safe, maintained and in good condition.
• Provide feedback to improve products, methods and safety procedures.

• Commitment to equipment safety, risk identification and immediate corrective action.
• Effective communication with supervisors and ability to report accurately.
• Capability to plan workload, manage inventory and follow maintenance instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the e‑Optimum reporting system.
• Solid knowledge of lift technology and elevator maintenance procedures.
• Experience using service tooling and diagnostic equipment.
