Elevator Maintenance Technician (H/F) – PACA Region

About the role

The role involves installing and maintaining elevators for customers in the PACA region, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery according to KONE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage equipment installation activities following KONE methods, ensuring safety and quality.
• Communicate daily with customers and builders to coordinate installation logistics and prevent interruptions.
• Report installation progress to the supervisor and handle any shortages or damages by ordering replacement parts promptly.
• Maintain and store installation tools safely, and ensure proper handling and storage of delivered equipment.
• Receive, check, and store materials, and submit timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claim reports.

Required profile

• Ability to work safely on-site and follow KONE installation procedures.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, builders, and internal teams.
• Willingness to provide training or coaching to trainees and helpers when required.
