Technicien de Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure the daily reliability, safety and performance of our MRS1 site in France. You will be responsible for both automated systems such as sorters, conveyors and robotic platforms, as well as the building’s infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, motors, sensors and 24 VDC equipment.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical diagnostics (including APIs, variable‑frequency drives, pneumatics and sensors) and execute Tier 1 interventions.
• Read and interpret technical schematics to troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, dock lighting, fire‑safety, compressed‑air) and liaise with the Property Manager and external service providers.
• Plan, execute and document work orders in the Corrigo CMMS, keeping asset data and troubleshooting procedures up to date.
• Coordinate external contractors, manage work permits, control critical spare‑part stocks and apply 5S/Kaizen standards.
• Apply LOTO safety procedures, follow up on corrective actions and provide regular reports to Operations and management.
• Travel to multiple sites across France to support incidents, capacity increases and equipment transfers.

Required profile

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of automated industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical diagnostic methods.
• Familiarity with safety procedures such as LOTO.
• Strong coordination skills with external service providers.
