Talent Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Researcher to join our fast‑paced, international hiring team. The role is fully remote and focuses on proactively identifying and engaging top talent for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for senior and niche roles using LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities and other channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive talent through personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring initiatives.
• Utilise Boolean, X‑Ray and other advanced sourcing techniques to create targeted talent pools.
• Craft compelling outreach messages and continuously optimise engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalised messages.
• High level of curiosity, persistence and proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
