Recruitment Intern (Talent Acquisition)

About the role

Join Betclic’s Talent Acquisition team as a Recruitment Intern, supporting the apprenticeship and internship hiring campaigns for the 2027 intake. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions in a fast‑growing, international gaming company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment campaign for apprentices and interns, from need identification to final selection.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define profiles, recruitment plans and timelines.
• Manage the selection process, conduct interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Prepare and follow‑up on offers, monitor campaign performance with recruitment indicators and suggest improvements.
• Participate in employer‑branding initiatives such as school partnerships, career fairs and student events.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Betclic’s business, professions and recruitment market to advise candidates and managers.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Available for a 6‑month internship starting early 2027.
• Previous recruitment experience (internship or apprenticeship) preferred, especially in a digital environment.
• Strong interest in recruitment, organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, autonomous, with excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Team player who brings positive energy and enthusiasm.
