People Operations & Recruitment Intern

About the role

As our People Ops Intern, you'll work at the heart of the People team, supporting both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. You'll own real projects end‑to‑end, be trusted to bring your own ideas, and see how a fast‑scaling international startup actually runs behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR administration for an international team, including contracts, policies, benefits, onboarding and off‑boarding logistics.
• Become the go‑to expert on Deel, researching country‑specific rules, maintaining workflows and providing answers.
• Manage Paris office operations: visitor reception, room bookings, tech equipment ordering, inventory tracking and compliance documentation.
• Plan and execute office culture initiatives such as events and community moments.
• Audit recurring admin processes, identify automation opportunities and build automations using Claude.
• Assist talent acquisition by organizing tech events, supporting referral policy, contributing to employer brand content and conducting sourcing research.

Required profile

• Available for a 6‑month internship starting September 2026 or January 2027.
• Based in Paris and comfortable working in English.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to follow up on tasks without letting anything slip.
• Autonomous, adaptable and capable of juggling diverse topics throughout the day.
• Curious about AI and eager to experiment and learn.
• Proactive with ideas; suggestions are quickly implemented in a small team.
