Talent Acquisition Intern – HR – Paris

About the role

Join the Human Resources team at PRADA RETAIL France as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will support recruitment and campus relations for the Prada and Miu Miu brands across France, Monaco, and Belgium, gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, manage applications and ensure a smooth candidate journey.
• Source candidates and build talent pools for all business functions.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, progressing towards independent search management.
• Develop and maintain a database of target schools and universities for long‑term partnerships.
• Launch and coordinate the internship recruitment campaign.
• Monitor recruitment trends, competitor activities and emerging best practices.
• Create communication materials for Talent Days and support employer‑branding initiatives on LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Interest in a career in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR business partnering.
• Exposure to the retail or fashion industry through previous internships or work experience is a plus.
• Strong sensitivity to candidate experience and employer branding.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Positive, proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working on projects within a team.
