Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape the next generation of financial‑crime prevention tools at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, part of the RELX Group. The role focuses on designing high‑trust, data‑intensive workflows for analysts, compliance officers and investigators, leveraging emerging AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Transform complex, regulated processes such as KYC, case management and transaction monitoring into clear, usable interfaces.
• Lead end‑to‑end design activities from research and concept generation through prototyping and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, quality and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions and user research with domain experts.
• Contribute to and evolve a design system that supports multiple enterprise products and AI touchpoints.
• Provide input to product strategy and roadmap, especially around AI‑driven features.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing complex enterprise applications, preferably in regulated industries.
• Ability to simplify data‑dense workflows and reduce cognitive load for multi‑step processes.
• Systems thinking that balances micro‑interactions with macro‑level user journeys.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business context into design decisions.
