Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to lead end‑to‑end HR processes for a fast‑moving, remote‑first organization. You will act as a hands‑on generalist, designing and automating workflows that support a multi‑country workforce while ensuring compliance and a great employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, for employees and contractors in multiple European jurisdictions.
• Support managers and employees with performance management, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR queries in a remote environment.
• Coordinate with EOR providers, manage contractor payments, and partner with Finance on payroll‑related workflows.
• Design, document, and continuously improve scalable HR processes, replacing manual steps with automated solutions.
• Build and maintain People Operations tools and integrations with platforms such as HiBob, Notion, Slack, and internal systems.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, preferably in a tech‑driven startup or scale‑up.
• Strong knowledge of European employment frameworks, multi‑country workforce management, and EOR models.
• Proven ability to create and improve processes, work independently, and document solutions clearly.
• Experience in fully remote, async‑first environments.
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and structured thinking.
