Senior Recruiter – 3-4 Month Freelance Mission in Paris

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring across all functions at Photoroom. The 3‑4‑month mission, based in Paris, will involve close on‑site collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent & People team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from kickoff, sourcing, screening to offer negotiation.
• Run searches across GTM, G&A, Product and Engineering, typically managing 5‑7 live roles simultaneously.
• Proactively source candidates with personalised outreach while handling inbound applications and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate expectations and guide selection decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and build tooling or automations (e.g., ATS workflows, AI‑assisted sourcing) to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (in‑house, embedded or agency) covering multiple functions.
• Proven ability to own searches end‑to-end and work directly with senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in proactive sourcing and building pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven closing style.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment tools and automation.
• Based in or around Paris and able to work on‑site several days a week.
