Senior Life and Income Protection Analyst

About the role

Alan is looking for a senior professional to own the end‑to‑end performance of its Life and Income Protection (Prévoyance) business. You will combine actuarial, financial and strategic expertise to drive profitability, pricing, underwriting support and new product launches across the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reserving, monitoring and profitability steering methodology, including best‑estimate accounting.
• Analyse profitability drivers, market trends and provide recommendations for renewals, pricing and guarantee adjustments.
• Develop forecasting tools and analytics to predict portfolio performance and margin at scale, linking with Finance and Risk.
• Define and improve theoretical and experience‑based pricing models for various segments.
• Support underwriting teams with technical analysis, guidelines and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to the definition and optimisation of reinsurance plans and manage partnerships.
• Build processes and resources to strengthen the team’s pricing and portfolio steering capabilities.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in life and income protection insurance, actuarial or finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to build models and tools for profitability and pricing.
• Experience collaborating with underwriting, product, strategy and external partners such as insurers and reinsurers.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
