Sales Development Representative - DACH

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is looking for a Sales Development Representative for its DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). DACH is the company's second market, and you will be the first contact for companies coming to Youtrust on their own. You qualify inbound leads in German and turn the right ones into sales opportunities for the DACH Account Executives. You join an SDR team of 10 people, two of whom already work on DACH.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads from Germany, Austria and Switzerland quickly and check whether they fit the target customers.
• Ask the right questions to understand the real project behind each request.
• Turn qualified leads into sales opportunities and hand larger deals to the DACH Account Executives with clear notes.
• Keep the CRM accurate and follow up on time.
• Work with the SDR team to reach the monthly revenue target.

Required profile

• German at native or near-native level (C2) and fluent English (C1).
• Ability to run a qualification call, asking good questions and telling a good lead from a poor one.
• Clear writing and speaking, adapted to German-speaking buyers, with curiosity about the real need.
• Organised, resilient to rejection and high volume, and able to take feedback and act on it quickly.
• Already uses AI tools in work and wants to use them to work faster and better.
• Wants to build a career in sales; first experience in SaaS or with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary: EUR 39,000 to 43,000 on-target earnings in France (base EUR 30,000 to 33,000 plus variable EUR 9,000 to 10,000); EUR 32,000 to 36,000 in Barcelona.
