Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its store at Westfield La Part-Dieu in Lyon. The role brings the store experience to life by engaging customers, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment. Key responsibilities

• Customer experience: welcome and attend to every customer, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Sales floor maintenance: help with product replenishment and keep the store clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing.
• Cash wrap operations: process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
• Online orders: support Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders so customers get a seamless omni-channel experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.
