Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Hollister Rennes Alma

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its Hollister store in Rennes Alma. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories
• Support product replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, with a friendly checkout experience
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store packaging

Required profile

• Fluent in French
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance

The full-time starting rate is EUR 22,404.84 per year (35 hours per week); offers may be subject to work visa formalities.
