About the role

The Operational HR Manager works closely with business units to support the transformation of activities, aligning HR strategy with operational challenges and regional management. This role acts as a strategic partner to ensure HR initiatives drive business performance.

• Collaborate with operational directors to define and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Guide the transformation of activities by linking HR policies with sector-specific needs and territorial oversight.
• Position the HR function as a strategic partner within the organization.
• Monitor and adapt HR processes to meet evolving operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an operational HR role, preferably within a transformation context.
• Strong understanding of aligning HR strategy with business goals.
• Ability to work closely with operational managers and influence decision‑making.
